Perry Miller - , Size 48 HSI Har-Val tagging heavy Double Knit.  Very Awesome tough WHA Jets Style. Very heavy double knit, the numbers are double knit, the name is screened on a double knit nameplate, the logo is double knit with Chain stitching sewing. 

Game Wear:

Right Sleeve - 1" unrepaired hole, with with noticeable pilling
Left Sleeve - a couple of light burns with a 1/2" unrepaired hole 
Front - Blood on the hem with board burns
Back- 1/2" unrepaired burn hole and blood on right stripe
Fight Strap -no fight strap
Inside - Light inside pilling
